Foxbra (“Foxbra,” “we,” “us”) provides an AI workforce platform for deploying and managing autonomous agent teams. This policy covers our website at foxbra.com and the hosted portions of Foxbra Studio. The self-hosted Foxbra Runtime runs on infrastructure you control; when you self-host, you are the controller of the data it processes.

2. Information we collect

• Account information — name, email address, and organization when you create an account or contact us.
• Usage data — how you interact with Studio and our website, including device and log information.
• Content you provide — the intents, prompts, and files you submit so agents can act on them.
• Execution records — the intent, authority, evidence, and settlement metadata generated when agents run jobs.

3. How we use information

We use information to operate and improve the platform, execute the jobs you request, maintain auditable records of agent activity, secure our services, and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Governance and audit data

A core part of Foxbra is accountable execution. Evidence and settlement receipts are retained so that agent actions can be verified after the fact. Where you self-host the Runtime, these records stay within your environment and under your control.

5. Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run the platform under confidentiality obligations, when required by law, or as part of a business transfer. We require appropriate safeguards in each case.

6. Data retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, meet legal obligations, and preserve audit integrity. You can request deletion subject to those obligations.

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure; see our Security page for how to report an issue.

8. Your rights
