Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Foxbra's website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The services

Foxbra provides an AI workforce platform, including Foxbra Studio and hosted services. The Foxbra Runtime is distributed as open source under the Apache-2.0 license; your use of the Runtime source is governed by that license, not by these terms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the services to violate any law or the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the services.
• Do not deploy agents to perform actions you are not authorized to perform.
• You remain responsible for the intents you issue and the authority you grant to agents.

5. Autonomous agents

Foxbra's governance model requires every job to carry intent, authority, evidence, and settlement. You are responsible for the scope of authority you grant. Foxbra provides tools for bounded, auditable execution but does not guarantee any particular outcome of agent activity.

6. Intellectual property

Foxbra and its licensors retain all rights in the services, except for open-source components provided under their own licenses. You retain rights in the content you submit, and grant us the limited rights needed to operate the services.

7. Beta and pre-release features

Some features — including pre-1.0 Runtime builds, the GRIP draft specification, and Foxbra Fennec — are provided on a pre-release basis, may change, and are offered without warranty.

8. Disclaimers

The services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foxbra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. You may stop using the services at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
